The aim of this program is to bring aspiring players closer to their idols, forging an unbreakable connection between the professional team and the future stars of our game.

Through partnerships with local schools, we aspire to create a pathway for young girls to hone their skills, ignite their passion for football, and chase their dreams.
As part of this program, our talented players and coaching staff will actively engage with schools in the Reading area. Through invaluable guidance, training sessions, and mentoring opportunities, we aim to provide the next generation with experiences and memories that will last a lifetime.
