Listening to all fan representation is crucial to our future planning and meeting the needs of our fanbase. Becoming a Junior Ambassador gives you the opportunity to have your say in how we can make your Reading Football Club experience enjoyable, exciting and rewarding.
Being a Junior Ambassador brings lots of fun… including trips to the training ground, a dedicated base on matchday, your own Junior Ambassador shirt. What's more, you can also take pride in knowing you are genuinely contributing towards making a difference to your peer group.
All you need to do is speak to a parent or family member to get their permission and let us know - we will be inviting our Junior Ambassadors to the the Select Car Leasing Stadium to chat through your role and to share your ideas!

"This is my third season as a Junior Royals Ambassador, and I feel so privileged to be part of this awesome role with the club! We get to team up with the club (and players) to talk about the things that matter to junior Reading Football Club fans and how we can make their match day awesome. It’s SO important to keep younger fans excited because it helps the club grow stronger.
It’s such an honour to be part of this! The junior royals today will be the parents and grandparents of tomorrow, bringing their kids and grandkids, creating generations of Reading FC fans! How cool is that?!"
