Our most recent visit to Manchester came four years ago in 2019 when Paul Ince drew us out to face United away in the Third Round of the FA Cup. Jose Gomes took charge of the Royals in a Third Round meeting with United and again United proved too strong.

The hosts coasted to a 2-0 home win courtesy of first half goals from Romelu Lukaku and a Juan Mata penalty - a spotkick which was awarded by VAR when Omar Richards fouled Mata in the build-up to an offside Fred goal.

Now we meet again - with two-time FA Cup winner as a Manchester United player, Paul Ince, taking his Royals to the north-west for a Fourth Round meeting in Manchester.
