New players make their bow on the opening day

We wanted more... and could certainly have got more. But we continue to build.

Five new faces debuted against Peterborough United on the opening day... the latest players to don the hoops.

Harvey Knibbs and Charlie Savage, who joined from Cambridge and Manchester United, both started the game.

Lewis Wing and Tivonge Rushesha both made their first official Royals appearances from the bench - and youngster Caylan Vickers also debuted as a sub.
