New date announced for Watford (a) fixture following last weekend’s postponement...
Reading Football Club can confirm the rearranged date of our trip to Vicarage Road which was postponed last weekend.
The fixture, originally scheduled for Saturday 10th September, was postponed following the passing of Her Majesty, the Queen Elizabeth II, as football paid its respects to the country’s longest-reigning monarch with all football in England last weekend called off.
Following discussions between both clubs and the EFL, we can now confirm the Watford (a) fixture will be played on Tuesday 8th November, kick off at 7:45pm.
Tickets dated for the original fixture will remain valid for the rearranged date. Any supporters unable to attend the rearranged game are eligible for a refund, but tickets must be returned to our Ticket Office by 5pm on Friday 23rd September.
