Ince looks ahead to Blackburn encounter…

One last push before the international break. Three points on offer when we host Blackburn, before we have a reprieve from action for a fortnight.

A win this weekend would do the world of good – setting the tone for the work over the break and keeping the points column growing.

Tom Ince, who netted in midweek against Bournemouth, believes that the team have nothing to fear if they play with the same kind of swagger when another promotion-hopeful visits this Saturday.

“We know what Blackburn are about,” said Ince. “They’re a team pushing for the play-offs and they’ve got quality.

“But I think you saw against Bournemouth that when we play with bravery, we’ve got a lot of quality as well.

“So we have to recover now, be ready, and prepare well for Blackburn. And get the home fans behind us. If we can go into the international break with four points from this week, it’ll be brilliant.

“We have to take it day by day, work on things this week going into Blackburn, and hopefully come away with three points. Then all of a sudden, the table looks a lot better.”
