The hard work starts now...

Our Under 23s and Under 18s returned to Bearwood for the start of pre-season yesterday as 2022-23 begins in ernest.

Under 23s boss Noel Hunt and the rest of the academy staff put them through their paces following the summer break.

The players were back in the gym in the morning before they were back on the grass with the footballs out, with Paul Ince watching on.
