It's that time of the year again - our Under-18 squad are getting ready to embark on their FA Youth Cup campaign as we get ready for a Third Round tie away at Bromley on Thursday evening (7.45pm kick-off).
Under the stewardship of Michael Donaldson and Mikele Leigertwood, our youngsters will head into London to take on a Bromley side who defeated Barnet and Lewes to set up a second-round tie with Forest Green Rovers - and staged a stunning turnaround in the final few minutes to set up a tie with the Royals.
Last year, we were handed an especially tough tie - in the final throes of the game, we lost 4-3 to Aston Villa. A heartbreaking end to a game, which would be the first step on Villa's journey to lifting the trophy at the end of the season!
