Images from our youngsters' return to the training ground

It doesn't seem so long ago that we were wrapping up the end of the season. But already, our new Bearwood Park training facility is stirring to life as some of our younger players return to the grass.

For our Under-23 and Under-18 groups, it has been a long while since competitive football ceased in March. And likewise for recent recruit Josh Laurent, who was at League 1 side Shrewsbury Town last term, the wait to get back playing is finally coming towards an end!

Some of the players from our Academy age-groups returned on Tuesday, along with Laurent, as they look to build on their fitness before the first team return at the end of next week.

It was also a chance for the teams to enjoy the opportunity to play on our lush pitches and to see the progress that has been made to the Bearwood site over summer, including the buildings - our final transition to the new training ground is almost complete.
