Rebecca ‘Becky’ Jane is a well-known name around Reading FC having recently returned for her second spell with the club.  

Becky started her career with Chelsea in 2011 before she signed for the Royals later that year. An 8-year stint in Berkshire saw her make over 110 appearances across the ‘WSL 2’ and the ‘WSL 1’ playing an integral role in the squad that saw Reading’s promotion in 2015. Ahead of the 2016 season in the WSL, Jane signed a professional contract with Reading and continued to be a key part of the squad.  

Jane left Berkshire for Merseyside in 2019 joining Liverpool before signing for Charlton Athletic two years later. Following the expiry of her contract at Charlton, she re-signed for Reading in August 2022 on a one-year deal.
