Norcott joined the Royals Academy at the age of 8, in August 2013, and has risen through the age groups, ending the 2022-23 season as first choice 'keeper for Mikele Leigertwood's Under-18 side.

2023-24 marks his first season playing with the U21s full-time and the 6ft2 shot-stopper stepped up to start games in the Premier League Cup against Blackburn and our 3-2 league win over Leeds United in September.
