FORWARD ON TANGERINES TIE

The midfielder reviewed a solid first half performance, what learnings the team can take from a diffcult second half and reflect on the our unbeaten run across the last 11 games.

Reviewing the defeat
"I thought it was quite an even first half. We had the better start and I think the stoppages didn't really help us maintain that kind of flow that we wanted. They ended the better team but at half time we thought we had a massive chance to win the game, but unfortunately we conceded two goals in quick succession. I think if you do that in any away game it's a a mountain to climb and then they've caught us on the break at the end when we're just trying to launch everything forward really."
The positve first half performance
"If you come to a team like this and you're level at half time, you've got every chance of winning the game. It's disappointing the way it's ended but this game certainly doesn't define us, and we'll learn to bounce back for Saturday."
What learnings the team can take from today
"I think as a team all season we've had the mindset that you either win or you learn, so we'll analyse the game, see what we can do better, see what we did well, hopefully put those things right, and move on to the game Saturday."
A message for the travelling fans
"They have been incredible. We've now got seven games left, and I think we're one point off the Play Offs, so it's going to take everyone's support and we're going to give everything. Our message to the fans will be to just keep supporting us and come out in your numbers."
A review on the 11 games unbeaten run
"I think it was the biggest unbeaten run the club's had since 2010 so the lads can be proud of it. It doesn't make tonight any easier but we now know we've got to start another unbeaten run, so let's hope it starts Saturday. We've got loads of games coming up that we can put it right and like I said it's going to take everyone."
