Welsh star to return to OL Reign
Reading FC Women can officially announce that Jess Fishlock’s loan spell with the club will end on April 4th, when she returns to OL Reign.
Fishlock began her loan spell at the Royals back in August last year and has been an integral part of Kelly Chambers’ team in the 2020-21 season.
The Welsh international was nominated as Barclays FA Women’s Super League Player of the Month in December, netting two goals against Bristol City.
“I have to thank OL Reign as always for being so understanding regarding the loan, as the opportunity to train and play over the last few months has been super important to me,” said Fishlock. “I will be giving everything for Reading until my last day with the club, as they have been brilliant with me and I am thankful for the opportunity they provided.”
Fishlock will return to OL Reign, effective of April 5th 2021 and return to training with the side following the April international window.
